Model is 4'10" and wearing a size small. The dress has a halter neck with a tunic style silhouette. The elastic on the bodice allows for a snug fit on top, with straps that are light weight (non-adjustable). Dress is meant to be looser fitting, so stay true to size. But if you are looking for a little more snug, size down.
